This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary. Since our beginning it has been a constant fight to convince that good meat, work well done and honesty can have a place in this competitive market such as frozen meat.
In the early, the culture of frozen meat was synonymous with cheap, second-rate, even surplus or poor condition. Our work base is quality fresh meat, good handling and deep-freezing to guarantee maximum freshness and shelf life of our product. There are no differences between fresh and frozen. The deep-freezing process guarantees that we preserve the organoleptic characteristics intact. Today we can affirm that GICARNS customers can enjoy a pampered product, handled with criteria, always prioritizing quality, food safety and product homogeneity.
In my opinion, there is a long way to go and implement new improvements in the frozen meat concept. There is no turning back, and it is a notable improvement for today and the future. In this sense, we have to provide improvements day by day, organize and readopt to the current situation and guarantee more food security for the final consumer.
We consider ourselves a young company with a fighting spirit. With our daily work, we transmit knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm. We want to be added value, for our clients, in values of trust, security, time and dedication to service. We are preparing to be better, develop new concepts, projects, investments, always in continuous training and with great enthusiasm, we want to be where they need us and transmit optimism.
